This service encompasses a comprehensive grooming experience, including bathing, drying, and brushing, alongside meticulous ear cleaning and plucking. We also ensure the anal glands are checked and the nails are expertly trimmed. To complete the pampering, your pet will receive a stylish bow or bandana and a refreshing spritz of cologne.
We are able to offer you an estimate; however, please understand that these figures serve merely as guidelines. The final price will be established after a thorough evaluation of your pet. By assessing your pet in person, our groomers can provide a more accurate appraisal, taking into account factors such as size, coat condition, temperament, and your specific grooming preferences. Additionally, please be aware that there will be an extra charge for flea and tick shampooing, treatment, or removal.
Your pet's grooming session typically lasts around 2 to 3 hours. However, our primary focus is on achieving the highest standards of grooming, which may occasionally require additional time. We will provide you with a precise estimate of the duration when you bring your dog in for their appointment.
To ensure the safety of your beloved pet and all others, we place every animal in a kennel while awaiting pickup, and potentially upon arrival. As we do not operate as a daycare facility, we lack the resources to supervise dogs that roam freely. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated, as it reflects our commitment to maintaining a secure environment for all.
It is essential to introduce your puppy to grooming early on, allowing them to acclimate and develop a fondness for the experience. We suggest scheduling their first visit two weeks after their final vaccinations. During this initial appointment, we will not perform any clipping, as the transition from puppy to adult coat varies by breed, and we will recommend a grooming routine tailored to your puppy's needs. This first visit will be a delightful introduction to the grooming salon, where your puppy will encounter the sights, sounds, and scents in a relaxed and enjoyable manner, ensuring that future visits are a breeze.
